Responsibilities included: Using the SAP software and the Internet, researched the telephone accounts to ensure proper charges, complete account transfers, update all personnel sheets according to pay distribution, created account spreadsheets when account was coming to an end, completed E-Forms when pay distribution needed to be adjusted and post invoices according to department. As a financial analyst, discovered charges that did not belong on two telephone accounts and a credit that was never applied, resulting in money being available for other needs. Learned multiple aspects of the SAP account software (e.g., pay distribution, budget creator and accounts management).
